it says in this guys ad it's non hid, wouldn't it be hid being the update or is the hid more so to do with the car as opposed to the headlight if that makes sense?
These meant to be for halogen use, not suitable for HID. The pre-facelift model will require modification because of H4 used for low and hi beam.
The halogen type projector housing use H1 for low and HB3 for hi beam. Now, what you can't get from JDM housing is the leveling motor, which is only available std for the LHD type. Some of the US mod managed to get OEM cable from Europe to work with the leveling motor so that they can control the aim of beam manually.
