I think mine have been grinded back a little. Not 100% though as this is how the car came when i bought it so unfotunately i cannot give any advice on the process. the gap in between is still very slim though but no problems in the 4 years i have owned my car. My calipers are painted now so cosmetically you cant notice and too be honest it didnt really bother me when they wernt painted.

    Yes. no need spacers.

Even if you were gonna run spacers, you should get arp extended studs.

You can slam it if you want without rubbing. dc5 rims +45offset

AUDM ones will fit perfectly on your car
Why such a difference in offset between JDM and AUDM? Aren't other sus components all the same?

I think 15mm difference in offset is huge.

Have Audm DC5R rims on FD civic. Both + 45 but the front right just rubs the caliper. Had the caliper grinded down just a fraction.

No idea why it happened as both have the same offet.

Guess offset alone isn't enough to tell you whether it will clear the caliper or not. Asked a few people before I bought it and all said it should be fine.
