D16y5 Vs D16y8 Vs D16y4

as i know D16Y4 and 5 got the same 88kw, but the Y5 got the SOHC VTEC
but for the Y8,it got 93kw with the SOHC VTEC,so what is the actual different between this 3 engine except a bit power gain?
