I think those wheels are real, but as others have said they should have embossings on the back of the hub area.

The tyres are dodgy as anyway. Austyre Eagle? And look at the tread!

Don't need the sticker. The offset is imprinted on the inside of the rim. Like in this pic, at roughly 8 o'clock position. There is a number "48", signifying +48 offset. Look for it on the rims that you are looking at buying.
