retrofit lap sash seat belt for odyssey

hi all,

recently bought Odyssey, I'm thinking would it be possible to retrofit a lap sash seat belt for the middle seat?
Anyone has look into this before or tried this and wouldn't mind sharing their experience?

it is actually defectable without an engineer's cert

hence the question, has anyone looked into this before?
I am trying to make the car safer, not trying to make it look good.

bringing back old topic and answering my own question.
Found this company that can fit lap sash into the odyssey, including engineering certificate, RTA inspection etc
Cost: $2100
