    Hi all,

    would anyone be able to assist with what are real good springs for the Integra Type R DC5 '02 model. I'm looking to buy this week and dont mind if they are second hand spoon or tien.

    Any help would be great

    i'm sure you'll find heaps of info there
    be sure to check the australia section.

    if you plan on tracking your car or want better handeling, stay away from King and Pedders

    if you want something better than springs, you can go springs and shocks, but for the price of these, you might as well get coil overs instead
