EK Coilovers on EG GL Civic

Can someone tell me if EK Civic coilovers can fit EG GL Civic?

At the moment I have dc2r rear LCA, but front is still stock. What will i need to do to make it fit? Will EK coils fit on a dc2r LCA setup?

    Thanks in advance.

You will need a Fork Type EG LCA (Stock or Aftermarket is fine)
You will then either need to Grind/Machine the Middle Bushing to suit the EK Shock. Either that or you can also replace the middle bush with a EK bush.

id recommend changing/pressing out the bush of the eg and put a ek one in as i grinded my previous setup and the bush melted slightly from the heat of the grinder. i think over in the US there is a company that makes aftermarket cnc lca's for this purpose.

Is dc2r LCA regarded as Fork Type then?

the fronts will fit no problem, but the rears will not fit, why? because the shocks do not fit on the EG LCA's (it is too small). wat i did was i changed the shocks to Eg ones but i heard u can change ur LCA into ek ones to make them fit. all the best

You need to retain the EG LCA (Fork type) and either modify or change the middle bushing. You CANNOT use an EK LCA in your EG - It is too long
