lol i did this today and managed to spray boiling hot dye on my face haha. i held the bottle awkwardly at the top because it was so hot, and sprayed it into my finger, which glanced it onto my cheek.

im going to try this, will this also work for the rugs as well? cause i was thinking of doing the rugs red and the floor carpet black.

It would work, read up on the first page.

You can use some predye stuff that takes the colour off the carpet / makes it a colour which can be dyed over.

So i suggest using this predye stuff to make sure your red turns out as intense as the packet says



P.S it can be found in the same section, in the same Tin. "Dylon Pre dye wash / Dylon Colour remover"

with the pre-dye do you have any instructions on how i should use it? or any suggestions? is is the same as spraying it on or does it have to be soaked in the pre-dye?

hey guys, I need some help with this. I have been using the cheap supercheap spray bottles and they only seem to spray the hot dye for about 10secs and then it stops working. What spray bottles did you guys/girls use?

I used a old windex one or some shit, and the predye crap is applied the same! soak it well!

i just done the carpet today! it turned out perfect! looks SWEET!
but the pre-dye stuff for the rugs didnt work for me for some reason. it didnt seem to remove the grey off the rug. am i ment to spray it on like the black dye then rinse it off? or was i supposed to soak it all in a bucket then rinse it out?
kinda stuck here
