(Cry) How should I clean my seat belt on my Jazz?

    Heres the story,

I went to pick up my gf after she went for a party, and bam there you go she vomited in the car but lucky she only got the seat belt bit (yes the rest are on her clothes), how could I clean the seat belt? I have just wiped them off by tissues for now, is there other ways I can clean it and get the smell off?

I am feeling so bad now, I only just bought the car yesterday

extend the belt, tie it off and let it soak in a bucket of hot disinfected water on the seat. Then after a while take it out and put a towel down and let it dry

just make sure that if your using hot water, to make sure theres heaps of disinfectant. Just remember that hot water is an ideal breeding ground for germs/micro-organisms.

Same thing happened to me to me, only it was just on the back seats. Used some cold soapy water gave it a good scrub (real elbow grease) and used a wet vacuum cleaner to suck it up. some smell was still there so i you could use one of those spray on car upholstery cleaners with a foaming action. that should get rid of the smell.
