    1st u will need to remove the gear surrounding to remove original gear knob...And yes, I think it will look a lot better if u keep original adapter.

    yes it does, just get a cloth on top and drive or where a glove..

    The throw is much nicer than using a taller shift knob. I used to always use the Razo RA66 400gm one, but this one kills it. Less shift miss and more precise for rev matching

    I hated the plastic boot retainer just flopping below accessory gear knob and not suiting it at all. I removed the plastic thing and just rubber banded the boot to the gear stick. Knob is Blox neo chrome, it does get hot but not too bad.
    Short shifter and weighted knob is a great combination.
