extended warrenty

Does it worth getting the extended warrenty?
It's due this month if I want to extend it, but since it's a 2nd hand DC5. So, I took it to a non honda dealer to service.
And honda dealer said I have to pay $150 to check the car before I can get the extended warrenty...

it ll cost $895+$150 to get another 2 years warrenty...
