    PCD: 4 x 100, Size: 16x7, Offset: +38 or +42 would be nice.

Dude what's your price range. Volk will set you back $2200-2600 for a set of wheels in 16 inch.

Buddyclub SF's are nice wheel, which look good and are strongish - also very affordable. Entry level Japanese wheel. I believe they have the time attack style colours now... Black with red lip, black with blue lip. Since your car is Blue, black with blue lip might look alright.

have you gone on www.buddyclub.com.au ??

Try there first, and have a look at their product range.

Have you heard of Rota wheels. I hate them, cos they break every now and then (I would not use them)... but yeah they are alright for street driving, and CHEAPPP as chips.

have a think about dc2r rims.... they are light and cheaper than buying brand new rims..... if 15's are too small, maybe consider dc5r rims...... both are reasonably cheap alternatives compared to expensive rims...... depends on your pockets......
