Hi Guys, I'm only pumping out 120kw atw on my ek1 turbo, im wondering if i should go full synthetic 10-30 or its not neccessary?
what oil are you using now? Brand and viscosity...
Honda recommends full synthetic for their engines.

i'm running castrol edge 10-30w haven't had any issues at all
