I think thats the way they kinda are man. I bought a dc2r around a year ago, with a complete rebuild by honda, over 6gs. Perfect job, however, it was still going through abit of oil, and the good old black stuff on the bumper. I had another dc3r b4 dat dat did d same. although i think 2L a week is too exesive, but you'd expect moderate oil comsumption in these engine.

Can anyone confirm this from their experiance?????

as far as i kno. hondas are high reving engines. and givin ur engine a betting (aka vtecing) will burn more oil than usual. as ive experienced with my vtir my bro's vtir and my dc5r now. but regardless 2L is too much oil to be burning.

unfortunately their not as they have a disclaimer.

nrma inspections suck they always miss lemons when it comes to performance cars, their mainly holden/ford trained.

if a person doesn't know much about cars the 2 ppl you brig with you are:
    - mechanical mate
    - body/paint minded mate
