    jerky when accelerating

My car is a 03 Lux Auto with 115km on the clock. The jerkiness only occurs when I accelerate lightly at aroung 40 - 60 kph (cant afford a heavy foot with petrol prices these days . Ive noticed that If I accelerate harder or run the car in manual mode I dont experience the jerkiness. Car runs great at all other speeds and on deceleration. Any idea what could be causing this? time for an auto transmission oil change?

I would seriously change the automatic transmission fluid. Especially since your car is at 115k.

^ do you not service it at a mechanics?
If you are DIY just use Honda automatic transmission fluid.
And giving it a thrashing once in a while won't hurt, instead of always granny driving round town.

Use only Honda auto transmission fluid. Don't use anything else.

    You need
    -trolley jack
    -jackstands
    -3/8 ratchet
-10mm socket-ratchet & flathead screwdriver (to remove undertray)
    -hose and funnel

No tips other than not to go under the car without jackstands. If you haven't done an oil change on your own before, then leave the ATF to the dealer/mechanics.

Rubber mallet is best. I've tried comparing a metal hammer and rubber mallet, and for some reason, the rubber mallet will get tight bolts off where the metal hammer has failed.
