Hey guys im on the market for an air compressor and just wanting to know the HP rating needed to be able to crack engine mount bolts and other stuff.

Hey man, for a typical hobby compressor, a 2.5HP, with 36 to 40 litre tank would be fine, if you wanna go a bit further, maybe a 3-3.5hp, but i have never had a problem with my old 2.5hp scorpion cheapo!!
Just don't buy super cheap air tools for it and you should be fine
