On 18-07-2008, last year's Super GT champion driver (#8 ARTA NSX) Ito Daisuke was involved in a serious car crash when filming the new Hot Version Vol.94. From what I read in some japanese sites, the car that was wreaked was a R35 GTR. He'll miss out on Round 5 and 6 of the SUPER GT, Akira Iida will be replacing him for the 2 races.
