Installed an all-in-one double din stereo in my car last week. It came with a steering wheel interface, but it didnt work with the Euro steering wheel control. So I had been looking around for alternatives, not sure if anyone has had any experience with any but here's what I've found, might help others that want to use their steering wheel control with their/your aftermarket head units.
Found the PAC SWI-X, this is a universal unit. You program it with your IR remote that comes with your stereo and then you program that into the buttons on your steering wheel control. So when you press the buttons it repeats the IR codes.

PIE also has the exact same units.
The others are straight wire. Connects directly to Alpine, Sony, Kenwood and so on.
