    CU2 Fuel Tank Capacity

I have just done my first full to empty refill & managed to put 70.16 litres of VPower in the tank. Interestingly the trip computer said I still had a range of 56km's, so I'm estimating that there was still at least 5 litres in the tank at the very least. So by my maths that means that the tank held 75 litres.

Called the dealers service department & they read from the same book that I was & that the capacity was 65 litres. Rang Honda Australia & they said that it was "possibly" possible to get that much in the car but it was unlikely

In my old CL9 I never managed to get any more than the low 60 litre mark into the tank but I did not have the benefit of a trip computer. Waiting to hear back from Shell after they check the calibration of the pump I filled up at.

    Be interested in other's experience's

    Thanks

I got 65 litres in on one of my early fills - although trip computer said I had only 10km or so to empty so I was cutting it very fine.

cutting it close damages your fuel pump.

so you don't fill up too often when your on low.

You know the fuel line from your fuel cap to your tank also holds fuel..
