enigneers cert for exhuast manifold????

Just wondering if you have to get an engineers cert for a exhuast manifold? I've got a standard ek4 b16 with mugen 4-1. In victoria.

hahaha talk about spamage!
just to be frank, you wouldn't get pulled over, they would just do a visual inspection to see if your car has any illegal mods the most.

Then if it's loud etc. then you will prob end up getting EPA and whatever they do.

well it says on my defect notice that i need one for my manifold..

i thought it was bs..

btw has anyone cleared a defect without the notice at vicroads?
