"quotes" how to?

hi, this is pretty basic i know but how do i put "quotes" from othe members in the bottom of my posts like every1 does i cant figure out how to do it any advice would b much appreciated thanks

Click the tab on the far right side of the post then copy and paste the quote including quote coding into edit signature in user cp
