Thread: Idle problem.

    Idle problem.

    hi guys,

    i had a problem with my car about the idling.

    when the car just start and drive normal didnt hit any boost (boost at 4000rpm)
    the idles is good! idle about just under 1000 rpm on standing still (ie, red light)

    but when the boost comes up! idle drop to may be about 200-300 rpm and stays like that until i turn off the car. and turn it on again.

    i have emanage ultimate for the the management system.

    i already tried factory ecu reset by taking out the ecu fuse (diy section) and nothing has changed.

    it never been like this before just happen in recent 2 weeks.

    if any one could help me it would be great

    I'm running e-manage blue so I'm not sure how different they are but it took me about two months to get mine running right without any red lights

    Who installed and set up your e-manage?

    im in perth, Allstar Garage did the tune and hyperdrive did the wirings.

    well i guessits a piggy back i cant hope for full potential of full ecu.

    sounds like its gone out of tune.. plugs or something

    Mine flashed red here and there when changing parts and not get'n retuned right away bit my idle is not the best ether so i just live with it lol

    Check the voltage clamp of MAP sensor in E-manage software

    how do u find the e-manage????? on a boosted honda?

    i was lookin at a blue one aswell but i think ill grab crome..

    its okay just holding fine.

    its just always have hicks up when vac to boost situations. thats about it rather than that sweet!!

    Are the leads, plugs and filer in good working order,

    Stuff like that will affect idle,

    My car has an idle problem aswell,


    the things sitting at 1200 at the lights and everyone stares LOL

    hang on what motor is it?????

    u might find its the iac on the back of the manifold... if they cease or jam... then they will affect the idle and that...

    will it do it when its cold?? theres also under the throttle body there should b another one for ur cold starting they may need a clean out y u there....
