I just copied the dealer I used otherwise this thread would be 10000 pages in no time. I would have given then a 9 but they delayed me with a Tx valve once hoping I would go away but got them to change it next service anyway.

I would have given them an 8, usually pretty happy with their service, however I asked them too look at my drivers side door lock sticking and they gave me an unenthusiastic "we couldn't replicate the issue" when I know it happens 95% of the time you press the unlock button. Points off for them.

This thread will be closed if the dealers who provide poor service are listed with low scores. If you want to keep this thread open, the only way is to list dealers that you were HAPPY to have your car serviced at. Leave the bad list out.

but honestly, ive dealth with people before and during my job here and all have had nothign but positives to say. other then a mixup with a vti-r engine around six years ago :P

Guys, I just removed the poor ratings in order to keep this thread open. Post up the good ones, and leave the bad ones as is. We will still achieve the objective of this thread but without putting the forum at risk.
