just got ef8, few probs

have just bought an ef8 from melbourne got it car carried up to brisbane picked it up yesterday. apparently in perfect nick with roadworthy... when hitting brakes the car pulls down to the left/ twist's around on the road. pretty dangerous should not have passed. i asked the bloke today if he knew of any suspension problems apparently mech said lower controll arms were on their way out. is this a part i need to order from japan? can i source a part from wreckers/ this site? can the bushes just be replaced?. whats easiest option .. also vtec solenoid wire is broken for some reason is this somthing i can just bodgey up?

Do the wheels need to be aligned? Tyres the same on each side of course?
As for the LCAs I know you can use DC2 ones with some mild adjustments.

Not so sure about the VTEC solenoid unfortunately but if you ask on our site you'll get an answer...

cheers for the response andy. have just joined crx aus few days ago, does it have a for sale thread? .. all the best cars/bikes are for sale in vic, difference in state rego/tax laws or somthing? besides storms already won the footy finale u can afford to loose a crx!

perhaps but i think problem is more likely bushes probably the reason he got rid of it sick of forking out money. no doubt there fuked and mech was a mate of his who passed them anyway
