Whats the difference between a 1998-1999 Cxi and Gli.
im thinking of bying soon a 98 or 99 mod honda civic, but im not sure what the difference is between the Cxi and the Gli. and some civics have sunroof, wich ones are that?
sunroofs r stock onli in ek4's aka vtir hatch backs, CXI's have no tacho, power windows and door handle and mirror r black, as for the GLi they come power options like power windows, mirrors and have a tacho
The 96-98 were pre-facelift models and had different shaped front (including bonnet, fenders, bumper and grille) as well as having the bumper mouldings front and rear.
The 99-00 were the facelifted models and had updated fronts and no bumper mouldings.
Differences between the cxi and gli as others have stated include, power windows, drum vs disc rear brakes, tachometer and colour coding. Sunroofs were optional.
