NO,never go for a CXI if u can buy a GLI mate.
You can never can back the cost u put those things in,and not from factory
think about the re-sale value as well

The GLI instrument cluster will fit into a CXI no problems and work. Just the power windows and rear disc brakes would be a pain to install etc.

There is virtually no price differences between the CXI and the GLI on the second hand market. If you want all the power mirrors, windows, tacho and rear disc brakes, then just wait for a GLI to pop up.

Although if you find a nice CXI, then really, there is not much difference at all.

I agree with everyone... go for the GLI, unless you intend on doing a swap and creating a lightweight JDM racer... hehe better yet go the VTIR... only a couple of K difference nowadays in the second hand market...

just have others have said, i recommend u wait till u find a GLI, not worth going through the hassle of putting basics such as power windows on a cxi, unless you dont mind doing it
