    Mugen88 Dyno Tune Revisited

Took my Euro in to have it retuned at Technik Tuning and achieved the following results on the dyno today.

    * 139.1KW @ 6824 RPM at the wheels with VTEC really taking off at around 5600RPM. Air temp was around 11-12 degress, so a very cool day.

This was more than expected as my previous dyno tune achieved a high 128KW.

Anyway a good result but results do vary between dyno's and more so the person's abilty to tunning your car.

    Mods list ATM:
    • Toda Stainless Steel Headers
    • Metal Cat
    • K&N Typhoon CAI

    • Tannabe Hyper Medalion cat back exhaust (dual muffler system)

    • Apexi AFC Neo
    • Unorthodox Racing Light Weight Pulleys
    • Feels ETD

Well done! I found the most interesting thing is your base line of 124kw with only i/h/e and pulleys. Nick's base (Euroaccord13) on that same dyno this week was 112 so sounds like the pulleys are definately worth while.

    The Race Is On Andrew!!!!

    EuroAccord13 Vs. Mugen88.... Muahahahahahahah!

If power is an issue amongst all, let's all do a dyno day on the same dyno and we'll see the difference... I'm up to organise one if there are enough interests...

Don't even go there dude - different dyno.

Mugen88 - I am curious why you decided to go with a VAFC style device at this point in time? With the device and dyno/tuning I imagine it cost you easily $600+. Hopefully the reflash is around the corner.

When I did my base, I only had exhaust and intake, Andy's base is all the mods that he has right now...

My latest dyno base was last year's tune BTW

Nice number figure, on colder weather your car should be around 130 + kw, mate.
