I know most of our member will vote EVO....but its all really depends on the purpose.....I think if ur friend have plenty of experience on both road and track...pick the EVO.....but if he is still new and wanna to learn to be a better driver...Take the DC5S.....if he decide to go on track as well as it love motor sport....DC5R as beginner and EVO as expert......dun think about FWD and AWD and also power output.....you drive a 1000 HP car doesn't mean you are a good driver.....in the same time...you drive a 200hp DC5R doesn't mean you will to slower then a 280hp EVO.....I mean on track....its all depends on need and experience....

    DC5r over a Evo 7.
if it was a 1-6 or 9 i would go the Evo... but the 7 and 8 are the worst two ever made.

i struggle to see how asking people with first hand experience on one, two or all three of the cars named
would be a dumb ass question, or dummass as you so eloquently put it.

The assumtion you made about my friend who so kindly asked me to get some feed back on his choices is nearly as perplexing as your assertion on my intelligence.
Please explain to me why my friend would be so ignorant and naive not to listen to honda enthusiasts
and hopefully owners of dc5r/s thoughts?

Last time i checked ozhonda was a community for owners / enthusiasts of honda cars as well as potential honda owners.
Somewhere were questions relating to honda's could/would be answered and advice of a helpful nature could be sort.
Taking a glance at your post history it becomes evident that you indeed understand the above relating to ozhonda and on numerous occasions
through questions have sort such advice.

Although asking for member's opinions i would prefer it if i wasn't chastised and give such gratuitous advice on; what i should
and shouldn't be posting on ozhonda and how and why my friend would be so conceited as to ignore what has mostly
    been some very sage advice.

btw i'm no mathetmatical genius but a < x indicates that x is larger then a, or in other words a is less than x.

    .. evo < dc2r < dc5r/s
Unless you purposely contradicted yourself, i would say you ment evo > dc2r > dc5r/s.

Well being a DC5d owner with access to a EVO 7 i have say its not a easy answer, what do you want? If you want to Blow everything at the lights choose the EVO. If you value your internal organs go for the DC05s ...
The EVO is raw Sports experience, the DC05s is a tamed sports experience. Have you considered a second hand NSW?
