Engine specs help!

Hey if my engine number starts with b20a6, can anyone tell me the specs plz? coz i have no idea, i had a look around for AGES and couldn't work it out at all

also i have the VIN, will that help to work out which engine?

I mostly just wanna know if it's a DOHC or a SOHC, coz i'm a dick and forgot to check :s
