Ozhonda is not an educational institution and there is nothing in the Copyright act that exempts infringing items that are only open to a class of persons. Sorry guys - it is really no different from me posting up Microsoft Vista for everyone to download. The copyright act doesn't draw much of a distinction between my example and what you propose to do.
