i would like to freshen up my top end..

is there a technique where they put this thing into the head.
flowing it using this thick paste? it like honing using paste instead of machining?

just recieved some goodies from JDMyard. thanks yonas once again..

bought a IM gasket and skunk2 vtec solenoid cap. got bored and bought them

also coming from JDMyard soon

BDL fuel rail
70mm throttle body
and skunk2 intake manifold
