    wow another K-Swap downunder.

    Do u know which gearbox u have?....DC5R or CL9?

    Microtec for K Series?....now dats different.

    anyway, goodluck with the build and keep 'em update coming.

    nah, dont need hasport mounts..thanks for the offer though much appreciated! got mounts already organised!

    custom.. i make them myself! can barely tell the difference to hasport ..but i can sit my engine how i like it.. i can have it sitting a little lower to clear the bonnet with ease ( and yes i know i'll have to make a custom sump... was going to anyway.. lol

    oh ok.. well i was told that they sat pretty low in the bay and my mounts will be slightly lower than the hasport ones.. guess i'll play it by ear!

    custom sump wont help with ground clearance because your oil pickup and oil pump will limit how much you can raise the sump bowl, cant do to much about it the k series is a tall motor, just modify your bonnet its much easier.

    um why didnt you use the hasport mounts would have made life easier for you..
    um the only thing you can do is dont lower the car that much..
