    Its hard to say.

We really need to know what you want to do with the rebuild. Like do you want an OEM rebuild or rebuild it with aftermarket products>

after all that u might need to rebuild the bottom end with stronger pistons etc
correct me if im wrong but with those cams etc u should be able to rev ur engine higher in the rpm, the stock bottom end might not be able to take it
plus factor in another 1k+ for ecu and tuning,
also u will probly need better brakes, sussy, engine mounts(recomended), new HD clutch to take the extra power, etc

So 2G on top of the 1600 already allocated for head.
Depends on how far you want to go? Define rebuild?
Do you want to do the bottom end? If so you'll need to allocate a whole lot more money.
I'd do Intake manifold, TB, good exhaust and Hondata with tuning will probably take you over the 2K mark, but coupled with the above parts should make for some decent power gains, but I'd go spec B cams.
There are many other threads of similar nature and it all comes down to money. Modifying NA hondas aint cheap.

But you lose the whole point of the Honda being the NA king.
