Is $23k too much for a championship white '99 with a non stock intake and sound system with 120k on the odo'? (Private)

is it a Type R? because that's too much for vtir or gsi... still quite high even for a Type R with that many k's

I assume it's a Type R coz you mentioned Championship White. With that many k's it's too much, for that price I'd want dead stock everything with a perfect body, no marks at all to offset the extra k's. Aftermarket intake and stereo devalue any car I would consider purchasing. I'd expect to pay 23k for an '00-'01 with up to 70-90,000k's in perfect condition.
