    I like the look too

Anyway here's a pic of the adhesive left behind when pulling off the Modulo spoiler. The left side is the one where Hornsby Honda had removed the backing tape hence the adhesive double sided tape was stuck on and left a lot of marks. The right side however was glue alone (and the relevant screws) hence why it was alot cleaner.

lol hope it goes well for u mate.

I'll measure the badge when I have time... but I think it's a standard adhesive Mugen badge which I've seen for sale elsewhere (fake ones). You might want to wait for your wing to arrive so you can measure it yourself just to double check in case the replica gap/slot is a different size.

For the 3M tape residue, try use zippo fluid to clean it Or maybe petro might work too. Use a fine wool cloth to rub it.

Thanks for the tips. My installers managed to get it all off and then polish it afterwards so it's all good =] Although from certain angles, since the spoiler has been on the car since I bought it a year and a half ago... you can kindof see the different paint shade.

    paint shade?
are u talking about the spoiler's colour with ur body colour
or the marks leftover from the previous spoiler?

Does the mugen spoiler sit the same way or cover more surface area than the modulo spoiler? As long as its same or more, itll hide the different paint shade

Marks left over from the Modulo spoiler. I think it's probably the adhesive since the car isn't old enough for the paint to have faded in different areas right? Either way, with a bit of polishing/buffing, it's not noticeable anymore.

Mugen spoiler is thinner at the base so on both left and right side, it takes up maybe 1/3 of the space which the Modulo took up. That's why it's noticeable where the adhesive marks were originally; but now, with a bit of polish/cleaning, it's not noticeable.

Not sure TBH.. Will find out but I think it's just standard stuff. They did use official Honda touchup paint though.

Here's another shot when the adhesive hadn't been removed properly...

And here's a few more shots after it was installed (hope this motivates you). I need to get car buffed out. Alot of marks become obvious when it's clean and in the sun.

Someone else told me I have too many Mugen badges now (since there's one on each side of the Wing plus the one I put on the bootlid). Maybe it's time to go clean and debadge it?
