    difference of different b18c

    i am doing the convertion on my eg with b18c NR, and i relise that it is not DC, but DB8 SiR-G engine, so what is the differnece? which one is better???? DB8,DC,DCR. ofcourse DCR is the best, what about the other 2?

    DB8 is the japanese 4 dr DC2. IT comes as a integra type R.
    Same engine as the ITR ( 147kw)

    but that engine is not typeR, can see from the black cover and the black break cap.

    It is just a cover. You should look at the engine code on the block to determine what engine it has.

    DB8 is the 4dr integra DC2.
    It comes as SiR and ITR - the engine code will be b18c , regardless if its a type R or SiR

    doesnt matter of whether it is R or NR, it just says b18c
    i think it is nR
