either has been in an accident as its not factory front lip or headlights or the previous owner took both of them. accident is more likely.
I have the pre-facelift "tinted" headlight on my car so the pre-facelift ones are tinted aswell.
EDIT: i just looked at the pics again and its got a copy front grill
front lip is access lip
headlights are standard headlights
front grill is genuine 3 piece one
rear lights have been changed to the 99-00 model aswell. whether or not theyre ek9 ones no one knows until he turns it on

if this is the same car, i saw this bout 5-6 years ago... used to have clear aftermarket rear lights, was in average condition back then. apparently was unregistered and had difficulty being registered (most likely a grey import) - hence it took so long to register again.
anyway, good work on getting it on the road... yeah get some real ek9 headlights and a new lip!
