So for the Civ Sports will this model be suitable or would I need the 69-1014TS? The Knfilters.com page only lists the 1.8l on the 1013TS and 2.0l US on the 1014TS.

Civic Sports has a different model- I'm 99% sure of it. I remember seeing different box for the FD2 in Singapore.

Kudos to BK Automotive for the install.

As for recording the sound- any ideas how to record it? I tried using my phone but I don't think the microphone is good enough- didn't sound very good when playing it back. Also since it's an automatic, am I better off recording in Neutral or Park?

below 2000rpm, it feels nearly stock.. throttle is more sensitive but not actually going any faster. once u pass the 2500rpm mark though, it makes a huge difference. a very low rumbling sound and acceleration is fantastic compared to before. it's accentuating the engine's natural characteristics.

shall post pics of the install later.

    here's a quick pic
You champion JaCe!! i wanna do the same mod now

Definitely recommend it. I'm planning on doing headers next- there are quite a few components for the R18 now!

It makes a worthwhile difference but be warned it blocks the automatic dipstick... might cause issues when doing servicing.

I didn't. I got them to check the dipstick before they did the install (the guy is a qualified Honda mechanic) and in future, I'll get my car serviced by him.
