FD Tinting question

Those of youz that have tinting on your FDs, did the tint guys do that tiny window next to the side mirrors? Or were they left untinted?

Thanks - I'll have to get my dealer to get them tinted as well. They didn't tint mine.

i didnt get mine done at the dealer. So i dont know if they do that part too

mine got all tinted aswell except from the front from the dealer

The dealer did the my front ones i know cause i got it re-tinted to 15%...
so when they changed the tint i watched them remove the dealer tint from the little triangle windows at the front...

Did they have to remove the windows to do them or did they just tint them on the car?

nah, they never remove the window of the car...they always do it whilst its on teh car

I am not sure if mine is tinted actually- I assumed it wasn't but when I think about it, it looks the same as the other windows in every photo so I'm presuming it is tinted (i.e. the light doesn't react/bounce off differently).

Mine was also tinted as well from the dealer as part of the bargain when I bought the car. Dunno if they actually took the windows off as it was already there when I picked up the car.

ok - just spoke to the dealer and he apologised for the oversight.
He's got me booked in to have it done on the 1st service.

anyone of you guys knows a good tinter for the FD? i forgot to bargain for window tinting when buying the car.

im in perth by the way. i think burswood honda uses the tint shop right beside thier service building. not sure if there are better tint jobs out there. and an approximate price would be sweet.
