How to change Interior courtesy light bulb

Both my interior middle "courtesy" light bulbs have blown and I cant see how to replace them. I have searched in this forum and also looked in the manual that comes with the car, but cant find how to get to them.
It seems each time I get my car back from a service at the dealer one of them is not working.
Both the back ones are working.

Courtesy lights are the driver and passenger seat's lights on the door...
The lights you're talking about are the dome lights/map lights... I think
Are they the lights in the centre on the ceiling at the front?
