Avatar Sizes.. 20k ..to 40k plz Wynode!

Hi..
Wynode, i'd like to ask if you can put the limit of the avatar size limit from 20k to 40k.
Plz.. i will put in a $20 donation to ozhonda if this is possible for everyone. I find it hard to make cool gifs with 20k limit

3000 members x 40k = 120,000k = 120mb only ..

The only problem with increasing the size to 40k is not a simple 20k per user increase. To do it takes 5 seconds, but consider the other forumer who has to wait an additional 20 seconds per page for the extra 20k x ? posts. For those on dialup it will be a burden. Just my 2c.

I've just increased the avatar file size to 40K for Ozhonda Supporters. So donate $15 or more and not only get all the benefits that Tien posted in the link, but also a 40K avatar file limit.
