Arrow Opinions on intake + Poll

Hi guys just finished my suspension for my euro, am very happy with the results

Now it's time to divert my attention to another very important part of my car, the 'intake'.

I thought I'de get some ideas and opinions from you guys as I would like to hear from personal experiences.....

To say I have a limit on funds for this I won't cause I went over my budget for my suspension mods lol. There is alot to choose from in intakes and they all claim their product to be superior to others.

I have to keep into consideration that I want my car to remain 'stealth' so a quiet system would be the go.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated

Hey I have the Jtune intake with reflash, sounds good It is quiet when driving normal but has an awesome sound when you're up it.

You got mild flash like me or the full extremage? You happy with it?

Dont confuse Best with LOUDEST or "product that contains the most pissed off elephants giving the impression of power but really just rice intak e"
I went to the modded XR5 Turbo with Mods - the dark side.....BOOOOST!

Just the mild flash like you I am very happy with it and the intake. Don't have headers yet, still holding out on the Jtune extreme...
Second resort I'm thinking Toda or Comptech.

Very true so from your experience which intake you think best for 'stealth' and 'gain' considering very minor gain that is.

So is the intake loud ?

imo you should get a cold air intake like the injen or fujita cause if youre driving it normally its stealth n when u want it to sing like michael jackson just step on the pedal hard. i dont think the intake really does anything for your car if youre not going to tune the car so yeh getting an icebox or something would just be a waste as you wont notice anything at all.

if u are to remain stealth it really is left with 2 options given all others are pods.
    Mugen or comptech.
and from these 2, mugen hands down.....

True. Driving to work and back the intake sound is quite, comparable to stock. However when driving more aggressively the induction sound is louder compared to the Mugen and Comptech icebox.

id go comptech ice box with K&N filter, relatively cheap no low end torque loss good filtration and reduced risk of hydrolock.

^ as above, comptech icebox. Very nice and quiet! i have it on the car but sometimes would like it to be a bit louder
nonetheless, very happy with the product. Think its the way to go if ur after stealth and a product that isnt gonna cost much.
