i got mine from www.xenondepot.com a while back in a group buy that i'd organised, though with the exchange rate now, you should get some good prices. reason i got it from there is that they use genuine philips components, and come with complete wiring harness, relay, etc.

Also, did you choose the 4300k or 6000k bulbs?
I believe XD kit, 4300K.
