Urgent- Will this towbar fit? (auction ending)

Hoping the forum genius's can help me out.
I'm wanting a cheap towbar for my 92 EG 3dr, and found this (ends in a couple of hours):

It is designed for the Honda Concerto and 88-91 civic 2/4 door
(hayman reese, part number 1119)

Would anyone know if this might fit my EG? Maybe even a cheap weld?

not sure bout that one. ive got one that would probably fit. yanked it off my 98 civic.
