Yes only 2000rpm. i was driving it off the line. there was no point in me launching it any harder as it was on circuit semi slicks. Car weigh 937kg without me.

With a standard B20 CRV bottom end rebuilt by Dave with a type R head, we achieve a PB of 13.4 @103 mph in a type R (dc2) Probably looking at around the 130-135kw with the right bolt-ons. There is heaps of potential from a B20vtec.

I'd love to see a power curve beside a k20 curve... I'm assuming that outright power would be a slight win to the B20, that torque would also be earlier and greater in the B, but that the K motor would be lighter and stronger ???

When does VTEC cut in???

Does anyone have the power curves??? A K20A only makes 150ish at the flywheel so without tuning and breathing mods it would be unlikely to surpass 125kw atw stock I guess!?!
