Need help on where to find my immobiliser!!

Hi Guys.

my 96 sedan didnt come with the 'red key' or anything when i bought it at a car yard in melb, so i apparently Honda can't Code a new key i just bought (for $95!!) and they say i need to get a new immobiliser. screw that! I'm thinkin just disable the honda immobiliser somehow so a non-coded key would work. i have a cyclops alarm so it should still be secure. the guy who installed the alarm said he needs to know exactly where the honda immobiliser is located to see if he can disable it somehow. So can anyone tell me EXACTLY where it is? if there are schematics/diagrams anywhere on the web this would be great as well.

So can anyone out there help?? Pleeeeeeeeeeezzzz.

i think its under the steering wheel panel thing, once u get off the panel theres some wires connected to this little black box and i think that may be it.
