So im thinking leaving it till then, as its only been an everyday car for about a year now.. it was a weekend car from 01-08 apparently.. according to previous owners lol.. i need help with engine oil. Im currently using castrol 10-w40 oil but ive noticed that the s2k is using still to much oil. the car has done 120,000kms now and ive been told that apparently i need thicker oil such as 10-w50 and so on. Im hopefully going down to a honda dealer in essendon tomorrow to get some advice on oil but would appreciate some input and advice from the real honda drivers.
Check your PCV valve to see if it is worn. Test using air pressure. Otherwise, just change it since it is a cheap part.

Get a list of what is done during a major service.

Is it just an oil & filter change, valve adjustment, brake fluid flush? Or do they also do a diff fluid change, transmission fluid change, accessory belt replacement and fuel filter replacement?

    wow diff fluid is $115?

that would mean $101 labour charge just to drain and put new fluid back in.... haha.... 15 minute job... so yeah $1000 is expected for a 'MAJOR' service... just sounds big so charge big.

Again can you read? You implied that was all. I also did the same and yes i was mistaken there was that but atleast im not that retarded to admit it. So everything i ask is in my manual? So lets go with the thread about my gearbox which you would have definatly read without a doubt. I can bet that in there it doesnt say anything on how to fix my gear. whiteAP1's advice worked great. Maybe im on here to get information from others on where to get it done or if its worth doing it myself. So again congrats on reading retard.
