    considering who you are insured with, i would get a post repair inspection by an engineer to make sure the job is done correctly

    GUYS =D
    just got a call from aami
    My car is not a write off
    $5,500 worth of damage to be repaired and it will be fixed mostly in a place in cambellfield called aztec smash repairs...and the best thing is..it turns out my grandpz knows the guy =D
    the car needs 2 visit a suspension shop, a panel beater and also a interior shop..i dont understand why it would go to the interior shop but im guessing because of the boot.
    its gona take them 12 business days to repair the car and they start tomorrow =D
    cant wait for my baby to come back home. only been a month since i got her aswell =[

    Good to hear.

    Many factors in assesing a car. For the S, I really think it depends on how bad the exotic suspension is damaged. Soooo the front lip, Side skirts and Eibach suspension will need to be replaced......and the rear diffuser, the OEM rims are dear as so best to get some Enkei's thrown in too for good measure! LOL!!! HEY , didn't you have a Mooncraft Hardtop before the accident too????........

    Just be weary mate

    Insurance companies love to cut corners and do 'bodge jobs'.. picking a repairer who they know is cheapest and will save the insurance company money

    There was a story on here with a guy and his white new model civic.. you should read about the corner cutting and the further damages he got to his car as a result of his insurance company taking care of the repairs

    Just make sure everything is ok once you get your car back.. because think about it will the insurance co. give a crap if your car isnt repaired back to how it was before? they couldn't care less.. go over every speck of your car mate

    good luck
