    Where is the fuel level sensor located?

    Hey guys just after a quick answer which is probably in the manual. Need to find where about's is the location of the fuel sensor on the fuel tank for a EG civic.

    So your staying fuel tank needs to be dropped out? Or is there access from inside the car some where..

    No need for it to be droped out. Access tank from inside the car under the rear seat.

    no.

    you need to take out your REAR seats (lower and back support)

    This should now give you access to the fuel tank cover - remove the cover with a philips head screwdriver. You can access the fuel sender unit and fuel pump.

    Very easy to get to. Only really need to remove the bottom of the rear seat too. after you've removed the fuel tank protective cover you'll see 2 lots of wiring going into the fuel tank area. A 3 pin connector and a 2 pin connector. It's the 3 pin connector that's more towards the front of the car. I can send you the pages out of the manual that tell you how to test/remove the sender after I get home from work if you want?
