The wheel offset was somewhat fail and the black centre with chrome dish didn't exactly stand out from the rest of the color scheme... reminded me of copy rims even though they were Volks..?
The wing looks like something made in China... and hardly complemented the style of the kit
The only thing interior wise that was right was the steering wheel. Look up the real
Amuse S2000 and maybe it will make more sense... Even if you wanted to be creative - it just smelled of tacky.

    But that's just my opinion
Autosalon has never really been a place for smooth lines and subtle yet aggressive mods
Well i think it comes down to, personal preference. A project car finished by someone else might not be something finished to another.
The bonnet is a genuine J's bonnet and the boot never got sprayed. Was polished and is Carbon Fiber.
The rims are Volks. Personally, the steering wheel is the least JDM thing about the entire car. Its Momo.

I love the D1GP, i think the aggressive drift look is great and really fierce.
Tyre Power in Hawthorn were the main dealers for Amuse in Victoria and managed to bring it as close as an Amuse track car would be.
Smooth lines allow you to pass by the law and not get pulled over for rubbish.

I wouldn't say that a bodykit like that dosen't get pulled over lol, stands out like dogs balls. Looks sprayed from the pictures, I'm not doubting it's not genuine but it's defiantly sprayed black, which is a waste if he had carbon because his trying to make it look carbon?

    I wouldn't call D1GP a aggressive drift look as well hehe :P Drift cars don't rock semi's

    Yeh, i understand.
Nah its the ASM Dry Carbon trunk actually. Sadly, in order to make the car roadworthy as such. The trunk was done with a key hole and what not. The Carbon fiber was dry carbon. and was too dull i guess, hence the addition of the gloss. I would rather it the actual carbon look.
But the Varis and ASM both have a different carbon fiber look.

But drifters believe in bolting down their fenders. to me, looks great on track but on road. Trouble.
    You are right bout semis....
Too much grip and too much a waste of money. ouch.

Personal preference is just stating the obvious.
The bonnet I don't know. The boot was definitely sprayed gloss black (I couldn't see any hint of CF?). Whether it was carbon fibre and then sprayed black... I don't know. Yes it's Momo and that's what Amuse use on their widebody S2k

Haha I'm a big fan of the Amuse products... and Tyre power/the owner forgot a few things

And smooth lines has nothing to do with cop attention...?

    Gee, Beyond Customs?

Con did the dash, visors and door inserts for me as I did not have enough time to get all work completed before Autosalon. Con and myself work alongside each other.
He is a top bloke who does some very fine work. What has opening a shop up got anything to do with con helping me complete my customers cars?
In the future dc5ive I would appreciate it if you would contact me with any issues or matters in regards to myself and my business.

    Kind Regards
